Viggo Cavling has written two novels and was editor-in-chief and CEO of Resumé, the Nordic region’s leading business magazine on media and marketing from 2004 to 2011. During his time, Resumé went from being a paper magazine to becoming Sweden’s third largest online business magazine.
When Cavling was 22 years old, he created the art magazine Beckerell in Malmö, it quickly developed into a TV program on ZTV, a gallery and a nightclub.
In 1999, Viggo Cavling moved to Stockholm and became editor and department manager at Dagens Nyheter. There he started, among other things, the Pub Commission, Gulddraken and published the guidebook DN “På Stans” guide till Stockholm. During this time he was one of the magazine’s most prominent writers and covered, among other things, the Nobel festivities, the parliament, cultural life and the Allsvenskan.
