Ulf has over 20 years of experience from manager positions in the hotel and restaurant business, the last 10 years as General Manager of five different hotels. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit he highly appreciates to lead development and improvement projects and to work in environments that foster energy and creativity.
As Head of Business Unit within Sabis his mission is to create and implement a commercial go to market strategy for the business unit, consisting of three Spa & Conference properties in Sweden.
It is his responsibility to lead the project to renovate and expand Smådalarö gård to the largest and most exclusive spa retreat in Scandinavia.

Today the company runs 27 restaurants, 12 cafés, five hotel and meeting facilities and five grocery stores. Within Sabis, there are about 750 employees who together sell goods and services for about one billion kronor per year.
