After spending a decade of her life thriving in hospitality as a former hotelier, Sarike den Breeker decided to enter the tech side of the business and now serves as the EMEA & UK Customer Success Manager for the guest-centric cloud PMS provider, Stayntouch. Sarike strives to deliver the right service and support at the right time. She’s dedicated to helping hoteliers get the most out of Stayntouch’s products and services and aims to help them succeed by understand their needs, maximizing productivity, optimizing processes and digitizing their guest journey. The strategic decision to utilize hospitality technology calls for hoteliers to think differently and adopt their ways of working. Sarike is able to trigger this curiosity and challenge their thought processes to utilize technology to it’s maximum potential.
