Michael is the Head of Sales at OTA Insight for Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is responsible for a Business Development team who engage with both local and global hotels and chains to help them with the challenges they are facing and to optimise their business by providing business intelligence solutions that give hoteliers actionable insights.
Michael has over 20 years of experience working with a variety of industries, introducing digital technology, solutions and analytics with computing and SaaS platforms including blue chip technology companies such as Oracle, IBM, Microsoft and Intel to name but a few. The increasingly pervasive need for technology and data analytics in the hospitality sector has precedent in many other industries, and Michael’s experience will accelerate and enhance our partners ability to adopt digital and data solutions for hoteliers to optimise their business.
