He is widely sought after as a business consultant for starts ups and investors, speaks at international conferences, serves as Marketing Partner at Thayer Ventures – the only Venture Capital firm focused exclusively on travel technology – and sits on hospitality industry Boards and Committees.
Michael has helped launch successful start-ups, served as a consultant to venture capital and private equity and architected the new field of Revenue Strategy for hotels. He also created and operates Travel Conversations, a proprietary series of networking and Thought Leadership events that brings industry CEOs and influencers together with start up companies, investment opportunities and other new ventures.
Michael has a BA and MA from the University of Chicago, and a JD from the Boston University School of Law.
