Fredrik has an MBA and has studied Hospitality Management and Revenue Management in the United States, including at the Cornell University. Since the mid-90s he has successfully applied Menu Engineering and is now a frequent lecturer and consultant. He is also the sommelier and importing wines from Italy.
Pingvinen was established in 2003 and is a consulting and education firm in the hospitality industry. The company is specialized within Revenue Management and has its largest focus upon Restaurants.
