Frank Pohl holds knowledge of many years of experience in customer relationship management (CRM), digital marketing, sales, and PR in the areas of tourism, customer loyalty programs and sports. His professional passion is CRM and digital marketing.
After senior management positions at Center Parcs, for the Happy Digits loyalty program, for the destination Nürburgring and at Lindner Hotels & Resorts, Frank is working as Director CRM Consulting for NextGuest. He advises leading international hotel brands on the development and application of the award-winning NextGuest CRM Suite. He also works as a lecturer at the IBA International University of Cooperative Education.
