Cristina is the Founder and CEO of Open Revenue Consulting, a strategic tech consulting firm based between London and Gran Canaria, helping hotels increase their asset value via specialised technology and consulting services to enable digital transformation of asset management, revenue, marketing and customer experience, always with sustainability at the center. With more than 15 years experience optimising revenue and distribution for the hotel sector, Cristina lead business expansion for various SaaS based tech companies within the EMEA region, most recently Duetto a San Francisco based revenue strategy tech platform for hotels. Cristina started her career journey with a double degree in International Relations-Geopolitics and Law, moving from international diplomacy to earning extensive experience in the travel and hospitality sector. She previously founded and ran a bespoke tour operator company for more than 7 years which opened the door to embracing travel technology and started consulting for the travel industry in revenue, marketing and distribution strategies.
