Cookiebite are the developers of a completely new solution category, exclusively for hospitality companies. Their product (so new, it doesn’t quite have a name yet), allows for all reservations made by a guest to be managed from a single secure portal. It does not matter anymore if your guests have reserved a room, a spa treatment, a round of golf, made a table booking, or requested anything else. You can now let them see and manage everything they booked, or make upgrades, all in one place. In addition, unified confirmation e-mails (inclusive of everything each guest has booked) are sent to bookers, every time.
