With more than 20 years in the hospitality sector Frank has had the opportunity to work across the globe and has held senior or executive positions in both Russia, China, North America and the Nordics. Hospitality has been the go-to industry but the various positions also opened doors into retail, art, software development and construction.

“The passion to drive business and to be in the forefront of change has made me aware of how backwards I used to see things. Good business is not a static term – it is ever changing which means that we have to be ever changing as well. No longer can we change bits and pieces. It starts with management and spreads from there. Good business is collective” says Frank.
In June 2020, Frank started Beehive Solutions, helping companies cross-industry, with business development in all commercial aspects. From management and sales through marketing, all the way to managing revenues. He firmly believes that all industries, including hospitality, need to constantly adjust their way to view- and conduct business.
