Revenue Forum in Brussels

14 May @ 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm CEST

Free

The next Revenue Forum in Brussels will be held on the 14th of May.

Topic: Can we put up a fight with the giants?

The distribution landscape is ever changing, but change is coming upon us quite drastically right now. Google is becoming a sort of metasearch and is presumed to change the way our guests are searching and finding our hotels, the OTA’s Booking and Expedia are hardening Rate Parity rules which means that hotels are, in a larger extend, losing the control over their pricing strategies. Is there a way to win back control?

Preliminary agenda:
13.00   Registration starts
14.00   Welcome and introduction
14.10   Pablo Sanchez from Mirai – The rise of Metasearch and Google Travel
14.40   Jordi Gallego from SHR – Pricing strategies in a changing world
15.10   Martijn Langstraat from Amadeus – The impact of “Alternative Accommodations” on the hotel industry
15.40  Coffee break
16.00   Thomas Dieben from BeCurious – Strategies and tactics to drive more direct bookings
16.30   Annemarie Gubanski from Taktikon – What will the future bring?
17.00   Mingle cocktail
19.00   The End
