Laureline Klijnsma is a former hotelier with a decade worth of experience and a Bachelors’s in Business Administration and Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague. Laureline decided to enter the tech side of the business 5 years ago. She is now the EMEA & UK Sales Manager for the guest-centric, flexible, cloud PMS, Stayntouch, and Founder of the hospitality technology consultancy, The Coded Pineapple.  Laureline helps hoteliers achieve a better work-life balance, maximize their productivity, digitize the guest journey, and enhance the bottom line by optimizing their use of modern technology.
