Director of Business Solutions
Niels has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years both on the hotel operations side as well as supplying software solutions for hotels, hostels and resorts. Niels joined Cendyn in January 2020 as Director of Business Solutions, EMEA where he ensures that customers are given a Cendyn offering that meets their requirements and addresses their pain points in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management.
After graduating from Hotelschool The Hague with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration with Marketing as specialism, he worked in hotels before moving into the world of hospitality software. Niels developed a love for Revenue Management working for both IDeaS and EzRMS and set-up the customer success department for the latter company. He moved to Infor as part of the acquisition of EzRMS and transitioned into a Solution Consulting role.
At Cendyn Niels found the ideal set of tools allowing him to combine his love for both marketing and revenue management, laying the foundation for personalised product offerings in the hospitality industry.
